HOUSE INTRO - Galleria Parfums

Galleria Parfums was a niche fragrance house launched in 2020 out of the UAE under the creative direction of fragrance YouTuber Ashton Kirkland, better known as Gents Scents. The concept behind the brand was “olfactive memories,” with each fragrance designed to capture a specific moment or feeling rather than chase trends. The debut lineup consisted of seven unisex fragrances with evocative, gallery-style names like By the Yuzu Grove, Dream Woods and Cognac Café. The house worked with respected perfumers including Bertrand Duchaufour and Sidonie Lancesseur, lending real technical credibility to the project. On paper, it was a strong formula: high concentration, strong storytelling and serious perfumery talent.

The identity of Galleria Parfums leaned heavily into polish and wearability. These fragrances were smooth, clean and easy to wear, often feeling closer to elevated designer releases than challenging niche compositions. That approach worked for some and disappointed others. While the quality of blending was generally high, many felt the scents played it safe, especially given the premium price point. For those expecting bold artistic risks, the lineup could feel restrained. For others, that same restraint made the fragrances comfortable and versatile.

Today, Galleria Parfums exists more as a snapshot in time than an active house. Most of the lineup is discontinued and bottles are increasingly difficult to find outside of secondary markets or the occasional discounter. While short-lived, the brand remains an interesting example of influencer-led perfumery that prioritized refinement and accessibility over shock value.

Joe A.’s Starter Pack

Cognac Café
Rich coffee and boozy sweetness with a smooth, comforting warmth. Easy to wear and one of the more character-driven scents in the lineup. Smells like lingering too long at the table because the conversation’s just that good.

By the Yuzu Grove
Bright citrus with a clean, airy structure that feels fresh and uplifting. Simple, polished and ideal for casual daytime wear.

Dream Woods
Soft woods and gentle spice that lean calm rather than dramatic. A relaxed, polished scent that plays well in almost any setting.

Galleria Parfums may not have lasted long, but it offered a clean and approachable take on niche perfumery that still resonates with those who value smooth blends over bold statements.

What say you, guys? Have you gotten your nose on any of these, and if so, what’s been your experience? Did any of these olfactive memories really connect with you or did they feel a little too safe for the price point? If you ever stumbled across a bottle on the secondary market, which one would you grab first? Love to hear from ya!
