HOUSE INTRO - Naughton & Wilson

Naughton & Wilson is a collaboration born from a shared love of classic masculinity and traditional perfumery. Created by English fragrance reviewer Dan Naughton and Scottish entrepreneur Matt Wilson, the house set out with a focused mission: create the ultimate modern fougère that honors timeless gentlemanly style without feeling dated. To bring that vision to life, they partnered with master perfumer John Stephen, ensuring the concept was backed by serious technical skill.

At its core, Naughton & Wilson is about refinement and restraint. This is a house that values structure, balance and maturity over flash or novelty. The fragrances lean into barbershop traditions, lavender, herbs, woods and moss, while remaining smooth and wearable for modern tastes. These are scents designed for men who appreciate quiet confidence, polished presentation and the idea that masculinity doesn’t need to shout to be noticed.

What makes Naughton & Wilson stand out is its clarity of purpose. There’s no bloated lineup or trend chasing here. Every release feels intentional, composed and rooted in a specific aesthetic. In a market flooded with sweet bombs and loud statement scents, Naughton & Wilson occupies a lane that feels refreshingly composed and unapologetically grown-up!
