The Aromafo Story

Aromafo didn’t start with a boardroom, a marketing plan, or even a crystal-clear vision. It started at a kitchen table with a young guy, a box of fragrance oils, and the kind of curiosity you can’t teach. I grew up watching my dad make smelling, buying, and reviewing colognes his favorite hobby. When I told him I wanted to create my own, his reaction wasn’t just supportive — it was electric. He handed me the basics, taught me how to blend, mix, and mature scents, and then gave me the freedom to experiment.

My very first creation was called Twilight Grove. It wasn’t inspired by any famous fragrance — just my nose, some trial and error, and the determination to make something that matched the name I’d dreamed up. Every drop was an experiment, and every experiment was a step toward something bigger.

The name Aromafo came from an AI generator at first, just a placeholder… or so I thought. At one of my first networking events, someone looked at the name and told me flat-out: “It’s confusing. How will people even know you’re a fragrance brand? You should change it.” They said it so many times that it stuck with me — not in the way they intended, but as fuel. My dad reminded me, “Sometimes you just can’t make everyone happy.” That’s when Aromafo stopped being a placeholder and became a Promise: to prove the doubters wrong, to take a name they dismissed and turn it into something unforgettable!
